Commercial Dive & Marine Services, Inc. was founded by Stephen R. Tassier II, a former U.S. Army Special Operations Diver and commercial diver since 1986. Over the years, Tassier has worked in every aspect of the diving industry, from salvage dives to bridge construction. Today, Tassier leads a comprehensive, well-known team of dive experts he has built from the ground up.
